After earning her degree in Business Administration, she set out to build hands-on experience that would prepare her for business ownership. That journey led her to a key role as an Executive Assistant, where she is quickly gaining practical insight into high-level operations, leadership styles, and team dynamics.

Guided by values like consistency, integrity, and a strong work ethic, Marlize believes in learning by doing and staying adaptable in the face of new challenges. She values creating a positive work environment, supporting others with professionalism and empathy, and being a dependable presence her team can count on. Her willingness to ask questions, stay organized, and take initiative is already making an impact as she supports executive leadership in day-to-day operations and long-term goals.

Marlize brings exceptional communication and organizational skills to her role, helping to streamline processes, manage executive schedules, maintain team alignment, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Her natural ability to bring structure to complexity was first showcased during her final semester in college, when she led a successful group business project—an experience that solidified her love for coordination, leadership, and turning ideas into reality.

As she continues her growth in the business world, Marlize remains committed to learning everything she can about leadership, operations, and efficiency. Her goal is to eventually co-found and run a successful contracting company with her husband—one that reflects their shared vision and creates opportunities for others.

Outside of work, Marlize enjoys a vibrant personal life with her husband and their dog, Chewy. Recently married after eight years together, they share a love for the outdoors, travel, music, and cozy days at home. Passionate about animals and self-growth, Marlize is always learning, reading, and planning her next steps—both professionally and personally.
