Roger's entrepreneurial journey began with ventures in IT repair, graphic design, and construction. His breakthrough came with the founding of Vista Group, where he developed Louisiana’s first solar thermal air conditioning system, establishing himself as a leader in sustainable energy solutions. In 2015, Roger rebranded his company as The Next Energy Technology, focusing on innovative energy solutions tailored for the film industry, with notable clients including Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock.

Beyond his professional achievements, Roger is deeply committed to community enrichment and personal growth.
