Starting as a barback, he progressed through roles including server, banquet bartender, and assistant to the Food & Beverage Director, ultimately earning the position of Beverage Purchasing Manager. In this leadership role, he managed sourcing, vendor relationships, and inventory, ensuring top-tier service and quality.
